We offer three ways to get your measurements: you can use our 'FitSmart' AI algorithm, measure a well-fitting shirt you already own, or visit one of our stores for a professional fitting.
How long does it take to receive my custom shirt?
Each shirt is individually crafted to your specifications. Typically, orders are tailored and delivered within 7 to 10 business days.
What is your return policy for custom-made items?
Since each garment is custom-made for you, we do not accept returns. However, we offer a 'Fit Guarantee' which includes free alterations on your first order to ensure you get the perfect fit.
Can I customize the collar, cuffs, and buttons?
Yes, our online design tool allows you to choose from various collar styles, cuff types, button colors, and even add personalized monograms at no extra cost.
What kind of fabrics do you use?
We source high-quality fabrics from the world's finest mills, including Egyptian cotton, linens, flannels, and stretch blends to ensure comfort and durability.
