Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Pack the items in their original packaging and schedule a complimentary doorstep pickup; our team will conduct a quality check once received at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Alterations or Remakes

  If the issue is related to fit, our master tailors will provide free alterations or a complete remake to ensure your garment meets your exact measurements.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method or issued as store credit for future purchases.
